Anyone else have trouble creating a perfect pancake with all the health attributes? Us too. Enter the cacao blender pancake. Not only is this pancake easy to make in the blender, it also pours out the perfect pancake onto your griddle or pan. You’ll never make pancakes the same way again. 


Ingredients: Almond Flour^, Allulose^, Cocoa Powder*, Leavening^ (Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Ground Cinnamon+, Corn Starch^, Salt^.


Directions:  Place all the ingredients in a blender (you can also use a hand mixer). Blend until smooth and let sit for 2-5 minutes. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour about 1/8 a cup of batter per pancake (they will spread a little) and cook for two minutes on each side. Continue until all the batter is gone. Enjoy with topping of your choice! 

Vegan directions for the pancake:

Replace the cream cheese with: A vegan yogurt alternative like Culina. We like Culina because it works well as it has a thicker consistency
Replace the eggs with: Chia or flax seed eggs (1:1) 1 Tbsp chia seeds + 2.5 Tbsp water = a chia egg (I like to go a step further a grind down the chia seeds); 1flax egg= combine one tablespoon of flaxseed meal and three tablespoons of water (notice this is flax meal which means that the flax is ground down)
Replace milk with: water or alternative dairy of choice
