RETURN POLICY

Online Purchases Damaged Shipments or Incorrect Shipments

In the case of damage or incorrect shipment GoodSam Foods will replace the damaged product(s) or ship the correct product(s) at our cost. Due to the nature of the products, GoodSam does not accept direct returns. Product will arrive within 14 days of notice. Please contact us at hello@goodsamfoods.com with the original order number and requested action. Include a photograph of the damaged product or incorrect product as well as your email and address so we can contact you. All shipments will be made to the original shipping address.

Dissatisfaction

GoodSam Foods products are unconditionally guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products please email us at hello@goodsamfoods.com with the original order number, receipt and explanation of the reason for the dissatisfaction. Please include your email, phone number and address so we can contact you. There is a lifetime limit of one dissatisfaction refund per shipping address. Dissatisfaction refunds will be for the purchase price.- All Refunds will be in the form of credit to the original purchasing vehicle (credit card).
